The National Exhibition Center in Santarém brought Portuguese products to the fore with the 2nd National Competition of Portuguese Traditional Bread Sausages.
These initiatives, which CNEMA carries out in conjunction with Qualifica / oriGIn Portugal, aimed to boost quality production, raise awareness of the best products in the different regions of the country, encourage consumption, promote the meeting of producers, Technicians and connoisseurs.
The competitions were a way to motivate producers to continue to respect the recipes and the use of genuine ingredients that allow to maintain the quality.
Alheira de Galo Minho fumeiro was honored this year to be declared the “best of the best” in the 2nd National Competition of Portuguese Traditional Bread Sausages.
A contest that seeks to highlight the genuine traditional Portuguese alheiras and in which the Minhofumeiro also obtained 2 Gold Medals in its Alheira de Caça and in its Alheira de Vitela and 2 Silver Medals in its Traditional Alheira and in its Alheira de Mushrooms.
This is undoubtedly another milestone in history of our partner’s products.
All these medals are a great pride to Competir Internacional and the producer itself as it reflects the dedication and commitment of a cohesive team with established know-how.
